Glitch still works as of May 24, 2024.
Exotic Armor: Omnioculus
Subclass: Nightstalker
Aspects: Trappers Ambush/Vanishing Step
Fragments: Echo of Persistence, Obscurity, Dilation, Leeching.
Stat Priority: Mobility - Resilience - Strength
Also very important to use Gambler's dodge. Refunds melee when dodging near enemies.
Weapons:
Lingering Dread: Disorienting Grenades, Auto-loading Holster
Forbearance: Ambitious Assassin, Chain Reaction
Song of Ir Yut: Reconstruction, Bait 'n Switch.
How to:
Start by going to the right side and clearing out the Acolytes with Forbearance. Then get the 3 Knights to finisher by using your machine gun. Make your way to left side and do the same thing. Use blinding grenades whenever to stun the Knights/Acolytes if they are getting out of hand. Before heading out to left tower, it is advisable to melt the wizard that's waiting out there. If not able, go straight to left tower and kill boomer knights. Then kill wizard from here. Leave boomer Knights by right tower alone. Then make your way between the 2 circles on the floor in the center of the arena with the oversoul to your back. Wait for a couple of finishable Knights to come by. Jump and air dive into the Knights. Crota will slowly begin making his way towards you. When your invis timer gets low, like at 2 seconds, dodge to reproc invis. You want to stay invis the whole time. You then have about 9 seconds to find a lineup where a finishable Knight is right behind either his left or right leg. Perform finisher. If successful, Congrats you have yeeted him! If not, he will slam at you. But don't worry, performing a finisher makes you invis again and Omni grants you x4 damage resistance. Crota will begin moving back. Then repeat the process. Air dive into Knights, Dodge to reproc invis, Find a good lineup, then perform finisher. You will have however many tries til you run out of Knights to finish. Hopefully this guide helps! Good luck Guardian!
Yeeting Crota off the map also completes All For One Challenge and rewards an (Adept) weapon! Take note, it will only drop an adept when it's the current weekly raid challenge.

I managed to do this once a few weeks back on normal, so I know it works. I just didn't actually see where he went to, but every time now when it looks like it worked, he's just barely over the back on the right side. Then just teleports it back in. I keep messing with sliding into the finish or even using eager edge to get more momentum. Because for some reason it just doesn't seem to punt that far for me.
What finisher are you using? Also you shouldn't be using eager edge or sliding into the finisher.
I'm having an issue getting the knights to stay on the plate. Any tips or help would be great. Was able to get it to work once on normal.
Wherever you last airdived, thats where the Knights will flock to. So maintaining invis the whole time is essential when setting up the yeet. I have a detailed how to in the description as well.

The knights never gather around crota for me. He also never stands still
Notice at 1:55 how i dive on top of Crotas symbol on the ground? That is going to be the last known location the knights and Crota will aggro to. You must need to maintain full invis by dodging again when Crota starts walking towards the symbol. Once he finally stops, he will move a bit from time to time this is when you wanna look for a line up where a knight is right behind one of his legs. Make sure you are not super close to him and perform finisher. Remember, you need to maintain invis the whole time when you first dive into the symbol and when you do the finisher. Very important to run Echo of persistence/obscurity on the void subclass to have longer invis. Sorry if this sounds confusing but hope it helps.

Crota just doesn’t go to the middle
He’s always running away and never stays still
@@Fam-ke3dc Sorry late reply. Once you airdive into the middle, the knights and Crota will aggro to your last known location before you went invis. When Crota starts walking towards that location, you need to dodge to keep staying invis. Then when he stops moving and a knight is behing any of his legs, activate finisher.

Yes still works! Just yeeted him earlier. Sometimes if you dont yeet him far enough and he touches the rocks on the way down, he will teleport back. And if you notice he's acting funny or not doing his usual behavior, go back to orbit and relaunch the encounter.

I've yeeted him earlier today. Maybe you haven't yeeted him far enough. If he touches any of the rocks on the way down, he will teleport back in.
@@edmahhhhh hmmm, does this only work with the finisher you use now? I'm using scythe one since it's the only one that I have that works. Anyways I'll try yeet him better hopefully I'll get it
@@koobseu Scythe works but is very inconsistent. For scythe, you wanna activate finisher while Crota is pushing against a Knight. Omni Strike or the Served finisher from guardian games works best imo.

Is that the only finisher that works?
I think the scythe finisher from Season of Haunted works but is not as consistent. The tennis finisher also works. Just unfortunate the Omni Strike finisher costs money.

I've done plenty of raids, and this glitch is harder than any legitimate encounter i've ever done. He simply does not act like this, i go invis in the middle and he just runs away while the knights run all over the place. I don't get how all these videos have these AI's perfectly setting themselves up lol.
My team is inactive atm so this is my only chance at doing Crota, ahwell.

Yeah that's part of his usual behavior. When he moves far enough back and stops, you wanna shadowdive in between the 2 circles on the floor in front of the oversoul. When he starts moving towards you, you wanna dodge at like 2 secs to keep up invis. Then you perform a finisher when he completely stops moving. Preferably finish a knight thats lined up behind one of his legs.
How many fps should you use?
30-60fps should be fine.

@@pablosolis7296 You need to bait the finishable knights towards the middle and air dive in between the 2 circles on the floor. When Crota gets close, dodge to reinvis and try to find a line up where one of the knghts is behind one of Crotas knees. Wait til Crota fully stops moving and perform finisher. Hopefully it yeets him far enough to where he doesn't touch any of the rocks on the way down, else he would teleport back in. Best finisher imo is Omni Strike. I also posted a short with an example of a good lineup. Hope this helps.
