Is case me kuch log Q2402 (P Type mosfet) ko short kar dete hai or kuch log Q2403 (N type mosfet ) ko remove kar dete hai baord on ho jata hai lakin jayada dino tak nhi chalta hai is tarah se .
Kabhi kabhi is tarah ki problem SIO se bhi. Hoti hai PSL OUT# high ho jata hai

I really need help from my brothers, I'm making a dell 3542 main code 13269-1 forbid the source to feed the line 0.02 can't hit the source, measured to the condition pm_pwrbnt# has 3.3v with state changes, the lid has 3.3v ,rtc conditions are enough, I'm stuck here, thanks for the direction

(del Inspiron 3542)When you press the power button, the laptop turns on, a picture appears with the words Dell and immediately turns off. First of all, I flashed the BIOS from the off site,and replace the io chip I measured everything on the drosels, everything is normal, I also checked the on button. Disconnected the entire periphery, changed the RAM too,without RAM, the laptop does not turn off, on usb outputs it seems everything is all right. Tell me, can anyone come across such a problem ????
