Sir, I have a dell Inspiron 3000 series, model no-3547 , when I try turned it on then it doesn't turned on but fan continuesly running.. and when put charger the power light doesn't on but fan started to run.. I tried bios reset but it doesn't work, please help me ..🙏🙏
How do you check crystals in this motherboard? What you didn't check is all sys pwr gd on pin 10 of kbc, if its 2.8 go find the cause... Maybe the 1.35 ic is bad

Sir, a very good step by step troubleshooting video. I am new to the repairing, so I am trying to guess as per the schematics. I think you in the next step you should be checking SPI signaling at PCH-BIOS to see if the ROM is being accessed by CPU or not. This test can be performed using DSO. Anyways, this is just a guess and I am looking forward for the next video where you provide the actual solution.
Or if everything is OK, it could be the display itself that is the problem. Then we may have to check the LCD_VDD signals at the LVDS connector and related voltages and signals. First we should check with an external display using VGA cable to see the video data is being generated by the board. Once this possibility is ruled out, then we can be sure the problem is actually with the LVDS section.

gfx supply need to check because i m facing same problem in asus 2nd generation motherboard .
As you show LPC data line communicating 90% case done by flash bios. If ram requirements fulfill may be LPC rn resistor open io LPC pins may be short ground LVDS section should be 100% ok Display will come 💯 %

But you have check that clockrst or lpc frame is also ok .... It's mean our bios is also ok then i want to ask you it may be the problem of 1.3v run supply

You haven't checked communication between bios and pch

My guessing is you didn't checked the bios battery Voltage and Have to check SIO firmware.

LPC 3.3 vlot missing 33ohm resistor R1804
i m faceing same fault all signals and volts are ok but no display .PLTrst, fram ok ,bios ok ram section also ok. i found PCH have 2 crystal both dont have any clock now i m 100% sure pch is faulty , from many days i was searching the solution. if no display problem first check the clock on both crystal. what is your opinion .????????????????
Maxtech Computer can be in ur case may be pch gone ! But there is no universal law to prove if the situation is exact same and board are also same it’s not necessary the solution will also be same every time ! Even though same board same issue !

Sir I think this board runs only on DDR3L Ram and if it is not ok then sometimes it does not gives beep also. I solved one case like this also by just replacement of ram with DDR3L Ram.
Yes this board supports dd3L and it’s written / printed on the board with big letters and here also ddr3L is used !!
the motherboard is okey , just change another RAM DDR3L😉

Did you check Ram_vtt voltage 0.65V?
Without VTT, the board wouldn't power up to the point of generating PLT_RST and DRAM_RST I guess..
