One of the best drone looks of DT Phoenix I have seen. Some dont feel that cinematic yet yours really POPPED on the screen. Nice angles, great expanse of video, beautiful coloration. Looking forward to Tempe one as well. Your stuff is always top shelf! Thanks.

@TAPPChannel I think I've been with you for about a year. Your videos are fabulous. And I also loved your trailer with your kids involved about heading to the west coast. That's where I live and I've been everywhere and the Western US the beauty is unparalleled and of course there's beauty everywhere.. it's a special place and you really capture it so so well.

@@JUSAGUYNKYThat only stops them from building huge skyscrapers not from building high rises. It does severely limit the height restrictions but there isn't any demand for anything taller than what is currently built.
@@michael85225 Astra has been planned for years which would be the tallest building in downtown Phx but it's stalled, and probably never will be built. This city has a habit of planning massive projects that either never progress or get scaled back.

Was utterly not prepared to get emotional from that. Haven't been back in many years but grew up in Arizona and lived downtown for a good while years before the long construction boom. Extraordinary and moving work.

Such a poor downtown for it's size. No density what so ever. So many parking lots and sprawl/space between everything.
They’ll build it up. No worries. To the point where there is no parking space anymore:) its just a matter of time
People don't move to AZ for density, they want space. If Phoenix would consolidate all their resorts with 500 to 1000 rooms, they would have more high rises. But that's not what PHX is about
@whitecoatrealestateconsult742 It's the same garbage sprawl as every other major Southern city, including Dallas where I live. At least Dallas is fixing the city. Sprawl is terrible and keeps a city poor.
