  • BUILDING A WIDEBODY FROM SCRATCH IN 15 MINUTES
FOR MY VZ SS COMPETITON DRIFT CAR.
It's basically just 15 minutes of OH&S violations. Apparently i don't own saftey glasses... or shoes. lol.
This is 2 months of my life condensed down to 15 minutes.

09:41 wait wat?! So you're widening the doors too so the car won't look like the sandglass... Haven't seen the result yet, but have to say - I love the way you're doing this widebody! Thanks for sharing the creation process - it's fun to watch and actually pretty valuable as some kind of 'howto'. Okay, now I'm off to seeing the rest of the video :)

Impressive how damn clean the body curves looked considering how it looked mid way through. How did the wider track feel on the track?

The fronts the same as always but the rear is a good 130mm wider overall. Rear does feel a little more stable. Its not that noticable but.
I reckon it definitely looks better with the rear matching the front thats for sure.

Have you thought of a easier way of doing a widebody? I want a widebody vy but don't want to do all this 😂😭 sick rig btw bro

For the rear this is the only way imo. Doing the front like this tho probably wasnt worth it. I should of just got battle aero or something and modified it to fit. Then got it molded.
Ive done two seasons since this. Currently front guards are destroyed.

@TomMelling228 I was hoping for a easier way but it could be something to try once the rear end is rooted 😂
