Thanks! I love this kit, Roland makes some awesome stuff. I highly recomend you get this kind of "mesh" pads, they get close to the real thing and feel better than the rubber ones. I sometimes think about changing the drumbass pad because of the "static" response, it makes the double bass playing a little hard, but i think those mess bassdrum pads will break faster if you play a lot of double bass, and cost a lot of money. That´s my opinion anyway ;D

Great job! I have been watching this video couple of times. How does one without any prior knowledge could try to replicate a song? Im genuinely interested. Most of the people who have done similar covers, they just HEAR it themselves, but there must be some of those like me, unfortunate ones, who can't just play drums or any other instrument just by listening to a song. Thanks! You can find some generic intros out there for the software you are using.
I found a preset and edited it a bit. You can also create it with your video editor or using after efects and similar software i guess.

Feu Alves Roland. Always. Choose the model that fits you but I always buy gear for the future. Spend a little more money now and get yourself a kit that is usefull and lasts for years.

can you explain the recording process with superior drummer
You need a DAW (cubase, logic, protools...), superior drummer (or similar software, ezdrummer, SL drums, adictive drums...) and a midi cable or audio interface to conect your drum module to your computer. Choose the kit that suits you better and record!
You got lots of tutorials here in youtube that will explain it better. Toontrack channel has lots of them explaining how to use their software. It´s quite easy. Cheers!

+Andrei Mataix Es el kit starclassic bubinga de metal machine con la caja de john tempesta. A cada tema luego le retoco algo de salida, reverbs, comp,etc... Si procede, sino solo niveles.
Una pregunta, cuánto te costó todo el equipo junto? Es que estoy pensando en comprarme una y podría ser esta o la Roland TD-11K. Me sabrías decir algo o dar algún consejo?
Akkyøª me costó unos 2300€ con los platos adicionales y sus soportes en el año 2008. Tengo entendido que la td11 es la sucesora de este modelo. Hay varias versiones, yo invertí mas dinero en evitar los pads de goma en timbales y caja y que los de malla fueran grandes y realistas, merece la pena, la sensibilidad es muy distinta.
La cosa es que la Roland TD-11K parece no tener doble pedal para el bombo, y me gustaría tenerlo ya que tocaría metal, como bien haces tú en estos vídeos. En dicho caso, tendría que comprar el pedal, la varilla para conectarla al "kick" o simplemente el pedal y conectarlo directamente al módulo? Sorry si me falta un poco de información pero no he tenido una batería electrónica nunca y me gustaría aprender sobre ellas lo máximo antes de comprarme una. Gracias de antemano y por tu tiempo! :)
A ver, vamos por partes porque veo que no tienes claros muchos conceptos sencillos de batería. Ninguna bateria viene con pedal simple o doble. Acústica o electrónica. Se lo compras tu aparte. Todas las electronicas vienen con un solo pad de bombo por lo que igual que con una acustica con un solo bombo tienes la opcion de poner un pedal simple o un pedal doble. El pedal doble viene evidentemente con su varilla de unión entre pedales y todo el equipo necesario para conectarlo al pad de bombo. Por lo que necesitas por un lado bateria electronica, y por el otro un pedal doble que ademas te servira para cualquier bateria acustica.

I've ordered the audio interface M-Audio M-Track Plus II but , after looking at the photos, I can't see any midi connections. How do you connect it to the drum module ?
That model does not have midi conections so you can´t (just audio). I have the first m track plus, with midi in and out. Better change that one for a model that has midi ports buddy.

Gavin Derifield No prob. without a computer i believe it´s imposible to use VST´s right now, but with and iPad + iRig u can still record some line imput.
what application should I use on my ipad/tablet/mobile phone.
Gavin Derifield For the standard iRig, you can use garage band and record as a mono line from the drums output. Or the iRig midi with it´s app to use midi triggering like this buddy: ua-cam.com/video/aLEGVCosDfA/v-deo.html
