In the pursuit of the perfect dunking shoe - a shoe that’s bouncy, easy on the knees, lightweight, can stop on a dime, and isn’t on stilts - I found the speed series, a lightweight guard shoe made for Fred Van Vleet with BOOM implemented and long bottom-loaded PROBAR LOC shanks. Looking for a lightweight alternative to the WOW10s on a budget, I thought I’d give this line a try.
I’m glad I did, but my conclusions found out that what we gain in weight for this line, we lose in bounce and traction compared to the Wade All City 11. To that note, I think anyone looking for a budget version of the Way of Wade 10 is better off going with the All City 11 or the 361 AG4 still. However, I really enjoyed playing in both shoes, particularly the Speed 9 Ultra lows, reminding me of a pair very dear to my heart, the Adidas Crazy Explosive 2016.
Sizing recommendations:
Speed 9 Ultra lows: Go down a half size, wide footers true to size
Speed 10: True to size, wide footers half size up

Are they both durable for outdoor use?
Great question that’s why I’m here reading comments! Incase anyone that would answer from a performance review stand point which one is Best: Li Ning speed ultra or Speed 10 for Durable outdoor traction ?
theyre okay for outdoor use..but certainly not the best. the translucent rubber is not that hard. the speed 9 ultra is better for outdoor..or any speed 9
