The issue is simple. It's about competence and skills. No coach can infuse talent when it's not there...he can only transform what exists.
Application was the issue, talent wise good enough to beat anyone.
So, you're saying the team that bowled out India under 120 and took all main batsmen so cheaply doesn't have talent?

@@MK-di2zo Only one team wins the tournament. So why single out Pak which came closest to beating India by demoleshing the mighty Indian batting line. And if winning touraments is a benchmark then India won the tournament after 11 years while Pak won one in 2017. Also, they defeated India one sided in one of the T20s and came quite close in winning one in Australia, where Virat took it away from them in last moment. So why to single out Pak which did better than other teams against India in recent times.
@green7759 let me put it this way. None of the current players would be selected in the team Pak had in the 90s. Wasim, waqar, shoaib, Razzaq, Saqlain , Saeed Anwar...each of these names was world class Their current premium fast bowlers get reverse scooped for 6s !
If you compare it with the Indian team, Rohit, kohli, bhumrah are better than a lot of Indian players from the 90s. Countries are stepping up in talent ..
Why is the coach only there 12 days in the lead up to an international tournament?!!!!
Lot of bull many pak players are here because favours and connections everyone has moved on and pak players are still 5 years behind
