What I've found is health food is expensive look at Home goods, Ross and Walmart flour Isle for powders like mushroom, Chlorella, seaweed, burdock root, tumeric, olive oil, manuka honey, Hemp seeds, flaxseed, chia I was tested at a genius IQ after years of failing school. This saved my life and it can be found for cheeper
Because you're trying to eat it like non healthy food. You only need to eat once a day or once every other day. Eating 3 meals a day was propaganda sold to you so you would BUY products constantly.
So good. "Mind your business and business your mind."

This conversation between black men about their education and declaring to teachers that they belong in a more challenging learning environment is so important. So many of our children and their parents roll over and accept what the school system says about their intelligence. Many parents are afraid of the school system because they were poor students themselves. They fear what they don’t understand. If we don’t learn how to advocate for ourselves, then our futures will be decided for us.

“Shy is another name for selfish.” ❤ I told myself that decades ago, when I was filled with anxiety at a time when I was in position to help others. Suddenly I realized that if I could forget my own insecurity and focus on other people’s needs and be ready to serve them I would empower them and myself. If I shirked that responsibility, I would be small and mean and ashamed of myself. Shyness is not cute. It is indeed selfish.

Bobby I appreciate your work and guests that influence the black community. A community that is known for its lack of ambition to be better in some parts of the world. I see the same in my Mexican community. We need more unity amongst our own cultural community so that we can be united amongst every community regardless of race and ethnicity.

This was a much needed conversation. I’ve been growing my own food for a while now. It was the best decision I could’ve made
Good evening, YT Son Dr Bobby. Thanks to both you for these natural healing reminders. Yes, we can heal ourselves by being our first best advocate. I am 74 and had 3 sisters to die of con cancer. Due to my medical training, I learned many ways to do the best for patients health as well as my own. I became my own best health care advocate when I was dying of thyroid disease for 3 years. I had to take matters in my own hands when the doctors that was caring for me, told me that my illness was all in my head. I quit my job as a burn technician, went to another hospital to work. That day ended in the E.R. in a thyroid crisis. From there, a team of doctors saved my life.
That is I had 3 sisters to die of colon cancer. Ages - 42, 37 and age 60.
GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF ALONE SAVED YOUR LIFE; PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LIFE AND DEATH IS IN THE HAND OF THE LORD NOT ANY MAN.

As of late I'm coming to realize how I've been crippling my mind by the negative thoughts I tell myself, and now it seems it's embedded in my DNA. Depression, I'm struggling to break free in my mind also as I've been a sugar addict for years to the point of it controlling my life. I wish i had ppl like them to talk to. I try to get my ppl out the system they think im crazy. Telling me the real world dont work like that i need to pray and beg God to help me. Ive been doing that for 37 years and i just got worse until i started my journey to self heal and self improvement it coming on a year and ppl are like nothing changed in your life but no one in my brain to see yeah im no guru yet im no master manifestor yet but I've came a long way and i can't go back to sleep i had to let love my family and friends at a distance. I only go around them for a little bit. i meditate on giving them love every day 💗

My own very challenging illness woke me up to a whole new way of seeing and being. I now see through medicine and the teachings in churches. Health and spirituality are fundamental, but the fundamentalists--be they doctors or religious people--have missed the big picture. It usually takes an illness or other life crises for most of us over 30 to wake up to the truth of who we are and why we're here.
I have religious friends that I love who are too afraid to listen to this. If believing in Jesus makes one strong, why are they too afraid to challenge what they have been told?! So much evidence has come to light that challenges their fundamental beliefs, such ad how the books of the Bible were chosen by men of power or the fact that medicine is funded by big pharma and is the third leading cause of death, for starters.
This man speaks truth. I am reminded that I want to reprogram my subconscious to overcome fear.

When we have conflict with what we believe, we have illness in our mind that transfers to the body, so the subconscious programming is normal, but it must be changed to what benefits us because we run on programming period!
