In-conversation with Sikyong Penpa Tsering

A US high-level delegation led by Under Secretary Uzra Zeya, Special Coordinator for Tibetan Issues called on His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Delhi recently. Sikyong Penpa Tsering was also present at the meeting along with DIIR Kalon.
