My husband and I did our first financial meeting using your template this week. I have done our finances since we got married in October but have become more resentful as we realized what debt he came into the marriage with. I am excited to see the process as he learned better money management skills and we grow together as a couple. Thank you so much for the template!!
good for y’all! it’s a tough conversation to have in the beginning - andrew and i do still have heated arguments and disagreements, but when we feel that tension building, we pause, and say “can we reset?” - and try to come at it from a place of love. Hope these meeting help you as much as it’s helped us!

Seeing how happy you guys are to have achieved your house dreams/goals and witnessing the pure joy from something as "simple" as cabinets being installed is super inspirational. We just moved across Canada for new jobs and we're renting a home - today we will be going to get all our belonging and furniture from a storage unit and watching the bliss you shared as a couple really reminded me that I don't need to stress about all the work that needs to get done; it's much more enjoyable to focus on the positives, how blessed we are in our situation and to have gotten this opportunity. Thank you for sharing your joy. My husband and I are excited to have some of our own moments of joy today :)

It’s so exciting seeing your house come together! Can’t wait to see how you set up your new office. I love the idea of a floating desk, but the cords worry me too, I feel like it works best if you can have floor outlets set up in the exact right location though.
i know!! dang in hindsight i wish i had a floor plug, but i wouldn’t have known where to put it…. oh well! haha we’ll figure it out and i’ll share when we do :)
You could float an L shaped desk and have the back of your monitor facing the window wall ☝🏼

Glad you're getting blood work done. I started to get those signs and symptoms when my iron levels got really really low.
ooh yess so we did find that my iron isn’t low but my iron absorption is low! so working on that…

Jules, you are adorable! Loved watching, please make more! So many things you share are so relatable. I too just recently went through some hair loss for a couple months (which it did come to an end) and had the same reaction/feelings as you! I did some research and my theory is that it was telogen effluvium (in case you want to look up) but of course many vitamin/mineral deficiencies can also contribute so it's great that you did some lab work! Everything in our bodies has a cycle and just trust that your hair loss will come to an end! I hope you get some answers through your lab work! :)

eeee thank you!! we went with Sherwin Williams Extra White - It’s a liiiittle to white white but i think our floors will help ground it a bit. I’ve heard great things about Pure White & Snowbound if you’re looking for other options :)

I just wanna say that I hope your blood work gives you answers and a peace of mind you are such a good and nice spirit to have in this mundane life than you for your videos and hard work!
If you don't find anything in your hormones check polycystic ovaries. When I had a flair I would have the same problems. (and I had weight gain but some people have weight loss and also stomach problems) (intense exercise always worked for me but I'm not a doctor so do see one if you're diagnosed with this problem). Hope it's just stress and you get better soon :*

I lost A LOT of hair after I had Covid. Like 100 strands at a time. It’s called shedding and can happen after all sorts of sickness. I started using infrared light therapy (from Koze) and my hair stopped falling out that week. Not sure if it was coincidence or not but the red light also helped with pain I was having. Just some ideas for you.
My husband and sister and I all shed a ton of hair for a few months about 3-4 months after covid!!
I know you can also shed a lot of hair about 3+ months after anything stressful happens or trauma/medication changes, etc.
Hope you get it figured out!

I loved that sweater set that you just put away (and your house slippers!) Could you say where you’re from?
The sweater set is from Oak & Fort! And the slippers are from Etsy (search: Japanese house slippers)
The exact. same. thing. is happening with my hair. It's been happening since March 2020. I got blood tests done too, everything was normal. No clumps falling out, no bald spots, but I'm losing a TON of hair. My doctor gave me telogen effluvium as a diagnosis. So frustrating because all there is to do is to "eliminate stress". lol okay how?? I hope you get answers and that Nutrafol works for you, I'm currently using Prose Root Source. I think I've seen some improvement. I also take spironolactone for hormonal acne and that is supposed to help with hair loss as well.. Good luck to you, it is so not fun going through that. keep us posted on the Nutrafol supps!
This has happened to me too! My stylist said she's seen a lot more people with hair loss lately. It also might be due to the pandemic. Amanda Mull has a great article from last year in The Atlantic about it.
Do you use a mic for your reels VO? :) or just the iPhone mic?
Sometimes I wear headphones and use the headphones mic! Just depends. For UA-cam voiceovers I use a blue yeti mic :)
