The opening violin piece, "Ylla", is what first hooked me on Nash way back when I was 19. It was a late winter night, I had the lights off and was listening to the local college FM station. I just found this music so beautiful, haunting and affecting. Went out the next day and bought "Dreams and Nightmares" on vinyl.
reminds me of one of my favourite bands- Tangerine Dream, I could listen to this stuff all night long with headphones on!! RIP NASH THE SLASH (Jeff Plewman), you will be sadly missed! :(
