Thank you!! no lie i bust a gut making this video and was pretty disappointed with its lack of views on release, but my simpleplanes videos are slowly becoming some of my most viewed content, its a shame as i had so many ideas for similar videos, maybe i'll drag them back out and finish them off, thanks!
@@locomotivebreath9364 sadly not although i did try, the game doesn't simulate that kind of airflow, you get the same effect just pointing a propeller at the ground
Showing up with a brand new design, and maintaining position is a success. And that lead driver got beat by that 6 wheeled car he didn't like. Or, F1 drivers are known for being children, and not liking things based on moonbeams and pretension.
What if you rigged it up to lift the rear-most wheels up a little when the steering wheel is turned after a certain angle so that you had a tighter turning radius without the drag from the rear-most wheels
@@jamesrowland2002 hey I have a question, is it normal that all my builds seem to veer right for absolutely not reason? I managed to counter that on my last open wheel design by making the steering input Yaw+0.0025 but it's pretty annoying ngl
this video is criminally underappreciated. the quality here is amazing, well done.
