he should contest elections, that way he can influence more people into doing restoration activities and channel money from govt’s rural dev programs., more than money this type of work requires public’s will to cooperate and deliver.
In Karnataka especially old Mysore part have lot of lakes but it is totally ignored by people and filled with silt and ground water level went down and water collected is not given to farmers also. It is becoz ppl are silent

To date there are many ponds, wells and lakes are holding water. Water is very important for survival and in arid regions, but due to human it is now in state of negligence.
