The actual fault is, UA-cam is too slow, Netflix 4K works fine , if I download a 4K test it runs fine. My internet connections is fine, typical not under 500Mbps but usual 800mbps so fast enough. UA-cam has grown over the years and that a problem.
My connection is 850 mbps. UA-cam barely is loading in 144p right now. Netflix 4k works perfectly. I have no idea what other methods I can use to troubleshoot. I even updated my graphics card driver.

UA-cam used to ALWAYS buffer so it would download the whole video without pausing. Then they thought people weren't watching entire videos so they put brakes in to stop the download causing pausing. There was this great extension that worked on firefox just about 3 years ago before youtube all went to pot that would force the entire download. I'm suffering from this problem now.

I have the buffering problem, but only with Firefox. No buffering problems with Brave or Chrome. I like Firefox the best, and would like to stick with it if there is anyway I can. I've got a fast reliable gigabit internet connection, so no problem there. If I totally clear all the cache and cookies on Firefox, it will run properly for about 1 day, then back to buffering. I've noticed that this sometimes happens right after I get a popup message from YT asking me to go premium. Could this be something that YT is purposely doing to get me to go premium?
I don't know why or how but I think it was my gpu causing the issue for me on my laptop. I was monitoring the gpu use and while the video was playing it was at 6% or lower but when it was buffering slowly the gpu went up to 45-46% and stayed there until it was dong buffering then would drop down to low percents for a few moments then buffering again shoot up to 45-46%. I just ran DDU in safe mode and reinstalled the latest graphics driver now its running good.

Weird, my PC is really new and I have the AMD Ryzen 7 Pro processor with graphics integrated, but disabling the Hardware Acceleration fixed my issue! Maybe it's because I don't have the Discrete graphics and I use intergrated?

Hey Bro. one could have the falsest internet in the world, and still have buffering, on You Tube, as I explained in my post above, UA-cam refuses to give us the video codec needed to play hi res hd and 4k videos with their video player, that is why I stream my videos through vlc player, with a codec package I download online on my pc. plays 4k and 8k flawlessly. The problem all along has been lack of right codecs to play the videos. Regards!

My video starts buffering at a random point sometimes and just won't continue unless I go forward by like 10 or 15 seconds. speaking of this, the video im still playing in the background is still buffering after 10 minutes.

Why does my streaming of UA-cam buffer but other services do not. The buffer will completely freeze videos until it shuts off. Going to feedback rarely responds to the selection. The feedback often replies that it did not send and will eventually go to no connection. Whatever router it may be, I've found it's always best to reboot them regularly. Maybe once a week. Rebooting the modem now and then would be a good idea as well. Then of course keeping the cache and cookies clean on the computer, or other device, as already stated in the video.
