More like if Nemesis' alt without the cloak had web gear, or that one alt for Groza's had a more revealing overcoat and a sprinkling of pouches and some grenades for her utl GL. Oh well, that's just me.

Some people who are not aware of the actual release date were confused that you suddenly got access ahead of time or something like that.

As a F2P person who doesn't do gachas often (just Arknights and this one) and doesn't really care about limited characters, but someone who plays strategy games a ton, Tololo would be my pick. The base sniper (Nemesis) you get is totally fine for all the campaign and event content so far, but the Tololo having two actions at the start of battle and self-buffing is, frankly, completely absurd. Having overwatch (XCOM term) on a sniper is great, for sure, but proactivity usually has higher benefits than reactivity (unless the sniper is one-shotting on each overwatch hit). I've run some variation of Lotta, Suomi, Tololo, and a rotating 4th for most of the content so far and it's be a complete breeze. Additionally, the difference in power between a V0 Makiatto and V1 Makiatto is staggering, since her CPS skill goes from a single shot targeting one character to two shots that can target multiple characters. And if she crits the first shot, she autocrits the second one. That's obviously EXCEPTIONALLY good, but needing to pull Makiatto twice to do something that Tololo can do without any fortifications seems like a bad value proposition to me.
@@whcre-2776 I strongly disagree with that assessment. The only thing even remotely as strong as action economy in a strategy game is additional movement. She may not be one-actioning multiple enemies without Springfield in the endgame, but that doesn't make her bad. That just means you value different things in a unit. Checking Springfield's kit, yeah, her intelligent tactics skill with no cooldown will be a boon, but even on her own or paired with Colphne/Sabrina, Tololo is excellent.

if you can wait... they will add character selection on standard banner in future update... so if you can wait, you can use standard pulls for Tololo.
