(Michael killing the firefighters and getting revenge on the mob) That and the saddest part (for me at least) when the other patient is terrified and jumps from the hospital. Fantastic job! Though I admit, I prefer the full version of Hunter's Moon, the film version cuts my favourite lines after the chanting bit (I'm coming, I'm dying, to see you one last time together)
