What weight card you using, 220 works best with this and the ruler tip will really help. Practice on some copy paper a few times first x

Thank you Sam, I'd first cut it on cardstock that was way too thick, it was just in my stash without any packaging, then I cut it out several times on 200gsm white smooth, it didn't break every join but it still wasn't perfect, I decided to trim off the fluffy ripped bits and just use it anyway, worked fine! Ill cut it again on some of the tonic, I do have that but I didnt have it in a colour for my card 🙃 xo

@@MixedUpCraft I used the tonic 216gsm and it also didn’t work every time and I have a small ruler just like yours I’m obviously doing something wrong. Also my extension die isn’t cutting properly I’m having to finish by hand and it’s showing no score lines, & I do have a chrome plate. Thanks Sam.

Hi Amanda use some cardstock on the extender pieces when you run it through, this will give more pressure and emboss the scorelines on top so you can see them. 😊
