Major Updates nhi aane se basic chize nhi rukenge, koi issue nhi he. Basic Tasks ke liye 8GB is enough, provided you are aware about how many programs you have opened in the background. Conclusion: If possible and if available offline, go for 16GB RAM Variant. 256GB Storage is fine, get an external SSD if you have storage needs since Apple Storage Upgrades are expensive.
