Btw could you do a Plyo routine please?! 💖💖💖 so excited! I see people doing some plyo workouts and I think it’s quite fun to try, except it involves quite some jumping? Would love to see some new plyo vids 💖💖
I actually I have a plyo and explosive video already. Although plyometric does generally involve jumping since it is meant to be more of a power or explosive movement.

What will be a good weight for most exercises at this video ? I lift weights 5 days a week so i want to add 1 day of KB / functional training to improve agility / cardio / speed , the ones you are using here are 12 kg?

fab vid! the roll to stand is the one move i cannot conquer in the way you are doing it. i can only do it by crossing my legs when standing up, i guess it makes sense since i am not a deep squater , this vertical hips to quads you do here is unreal. im gonna work to get there thanks for the challenge!
Sounds like some ankle mobility work is key for you!

my neck and back would be mauled if i did those.
They're a great and challenging move! Your neck though shouldn't be involved nor should your lower back if you brace your abs and have proper spinal extension. Any move if you don't have the mobility or strength can create injury so pick ones that meet your needs, goals and current fitness level.
