My self care routine includes a hot bath ( the room must be steamy) I put rose petals, lavender epsom salts and mother’s bath oil which I loveeeee. It takes all the stresses of motherhood away!! Then a hot shower and after I use almond oil with vanilla essence after my bath/shower literally it smells so good!! Then I go into skin care and then hair care. Then my nails and feet and listen to lo-fi. I may eat a chocolate or drink some wine. ✨
Eating chocolate is definitely a form of self care!

I live in London but I sometimes go to Africa and spend 3to 4 months. So do you think I can still do the skin care routine there with the sun and the dust?
Take your skincare products and definitely invest in a gentle sunscreen like Supergoop for your face. Most parts of Africa are not dusty depending on what time of the year you go

Not sure if you can use a glycolic toner during pregnancy, but the ordinary glycolic toner has been helping my sister with her forehead colony lol

the little breakouts on your forehead may be a result of hair products. I noticed the breakouts are by your edges, maybe it’s the oils and residue from hair products

I love a good hot, steamy shower 🚿 or bath as well. But I’ve always heard it isn’t good for the baby when you’re pregnant.

They can wear makeup but only in front of their husband at home, other women and her mahram( father, brother, uncle ect)
