Build Fighter was the first gundam I ever watched that dragged me to the series. Then when it ended, I watched IBO and boy I thought it will be good series that overcomes war with the power of friendship. I was confused at first because I was looking for the flying thingies(funnels) and why is everyone dying. It was a great and I started watching Seed then Unicorn then 00. Re:rise was where it stopped being a build fighter copy like the other divers and became a proper Gundam series especially we never expected the butt naked purple guy to do that laser show. Gundam build fighters was a nice starter for beginners .
Right in new game they don't have to worried about spamming trans arm because it's won't damaged their gunpla Make it unfair for other player who like old school mobile suit
@@killerreadbooks True, not saying GBN is inferior, just that both build diver and re:rise done a terrible job at showing GBN full potential, something as basic as unpolished and defect parts can affect your gunpla performance.
Honestly, kinda agree with him, like even looking at the models used in fighters vs divers. Fighters was mainly very unique high effort models. You had to be a good model builder and a good pilot in fighters. But in divers you can just build something and shove it in the machine and it’ll do the rest. To play GBN you don’t really even need to like gunpla, just the game.
what's the problem? Hobbies are for anyone. I don't really watch gundam anime except for G Gundam and build fighters. I sure as hell love building the kits, though.
Here is the different...you get shoot and you die thats GBF so you must really skilled for build and fight..but in GBN if you die you can just reset and re login..you dont have to be skilled enough to play in GBN and that what make the owner of astray dissapointed

His inability to use Trans-Am because his gunpla's build quality wasn't high enough? His recruitment of Koichi to help him improve as a builder and his gunpla's progression as he continued customizing it? He didn't rely on a pilot, as Sei did. He didn't rely on experienced builders, as Sekai did. He did all the work himself, and accomplished everything they did, and more. "To play GBN you don’t really even need to like gunpla, just the game." Isn't that the point? GBN wasn't just for the gunpla enthusiasts and elitist fighters. GBN was for ALL Gundam fans both old and new to share. While I enjoy GBF and Try, I think I enjoy Divers all that much more because of it.
While I don't think Tsukasa did or acted was right, he's definitely got a point about the GBN. While people don't have to worry about thier Gumpla breaking, the fights have little to no risk involved which is why all of the fights in Divers (except this fight) lack any stakes or tension. Not to mention you can learn how to improve your Gumpla by rebuilding it each time it breaks to create something new (like what Fellini did with Wing Fenice) Which is why Build Fighters and Try will always be better than Build Divers IMO.
Or Bandai can just make it normal release then make another Pbandai Load Astray MG since no-name is based on Load Astray instead. But yeah..they left the opportunities to do it which is weird considering thats how usually their marketing does.
I loved this fight, as it was a big turning point for Riku, giving him a taste of what we as the viewers know came before, giving a very obvious reference to GBF/Try.
Silly way to ever taking your plan is to taking children into your plan. But, Riku, not only a game praiser, but also the guy broke down Tsukasa’s plan. And this makes it more like a revenge rather than a duel. Not only that, there’s also “just only the main camera is lost” being MVP here.
Y'Know I could get Tsukasa's point if his target was professional competitive players like Kyoya but going after kids just enjoying a game like Riku is nothing more than pure pettiness and spite.
That's exactly the point. Gunpla Battle kinda lost it's identity of being a hardcore game, it's like making a dark souls game but you made an easy mode for it which literally goes against what it really is. I guess Tsukasa had enough of casual ruining Gunpla Battle 😂😂😂
True... Targeting a kid is kinda petty... However it's the same kid that thwarted his plans... So he probably wants to see if that kid is really good as he thought... Unfortunately for him... He is very good... Unbelievably good (which is bullshit)... So i think it's fair...

Id say it's around 50-60% the strength of the original 00 riku would have benefited from the 0 raider or better yet some other 00 suit that doesn't use the twin drive, maybe an astraea or an exia
