For some reason, Google Translate only gave you the first part of the title, "薔薇庭園", and ignored the rest. Let's break it down: 薔薇庭園 (bara teien) = Rose Garden の (no) = a particle, here it's used to connect nouns together, and functions like "of" in english 鮮血 (senketsu) = literally "fresh blood", but here it can be understood as "bloodshed" Put everything together and you end up with "Bloodshed of the Rose Garden". Hope you enjoy this little bit of trivia.
