@@graysonsvacsandmowers5426 I mean you can hear it on the wind down when the motor turns off I know what the plastic motor is supposed to sound like but it's to be expected not only were these motors cheaper and have a shorter lifespan but they also have sleeve bearings instead of ball bearings. That being said I still appreciate and respect your input.

That's just the natural sound of the plastic motor that the newer Sanitaire's make after they got acquired by Electrolux.

According to Bissell/Sanitaire, these are longer life than older ones.too many people worry about the switch to a plastic bearing cover
