Great simple review, i have a question here. I am currently producing a short movie where i need this kind of rotating light. My question is, can this light rotate with only the orange being turned on?

There isn't a timer. I have to manually turn it off.

For respectable amount of brightness, I would say 2 nights. Afterward the light gets dimmer, then dimmer, then dimmer. Using alkaline it takes over 2 weeks to completely drain the battery.
Can it stay on for the whole night?
Yes, just remember to turn it off every morning. I started using rechargeable batteries because they keep forgetting.

Con Kaiserdor I agree the first one I got wasn’t working with A button they send another and it lasted two months and now my two yr old can’t sleep without screaming herself to sleep
How do you turn it off?
Turn off Button A. As for Button B, press it to cycle through all the colors combinations and it will eventually turn off all the colors.
