Try this Fuji receipt: classic neg, highlights -1 shadow -1, wb: sunlight +2 blue, add a diffusion filter and you’ll love the colors; plus the jpegs are so much nicer to edit - especially with c1

george i just want to say you are a big inspiration, got my first film camera a canon a1 recently and a fujicolor c200
films and developing is very expensive in Romania, I think I will use one roll for next 6 months just for very important stuff
Thanks. I love your style. I'm at a crossroads where I'm going to get a GFX 100s/50sii or maybe a Leica SL2. So it's very interesting seeing your gradual acceptance of the 100s coming from film. One thing I'd like to know is how much, if at all, do you crop into those giant 100mp files? It would be great if you could talk about that in a video sometime.
Buy the GFX 100S - the image quality is second to none, and its the best performance for price medium format system there is. It's only worth cropping if you can get a better composition or need to format it into something like for a magazine, website, or a more cinematic 2:39:1 crop.

Enjoyed the video. Thank you for making it. As a Capture One user who switched from Adobe, I can advise that it will take you some time to learn the new interface. C1 has a number of excellent short videos and longer tutorials to get you up and running. The main advantage to C1 is its RAW processing and colour science. Work through any frustrations and you'll be rewarded.

Was a big fan of this channel for years but this video really rubbed me the wrong way. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for the better part of my life, and especially over the last year of the pandemic, it’s very frustrating to watch you “playing cook” for a day. Glad you’re getting outside your comfort zones, try to take it more for granted because it comes off as very douchey here.
