I'm not blowing smoke but both of these guys, from what I know are really cool. I have put a couple of things from huberman into practice and they are very rewarding. And the other dude with being a child assualt victim survivor is inspiring. I don't know much about them but do know that listening to people who have been through the meat grinder and, after that, offer help to others is a good source of knowledge.😊
Bro can you tell me some things that I can practice to get better?
Thanks for giving valuable information
Everytime I fed up in morning I will keep alarm at 5:30am but I woke up at 8:00 am and after waking up I will feel regret whole day make me regret this not only happened one day it daily repeat. I should habituate wakig early in the morning
You are perfectionist, not good trait
That's true
As simple as it sounds,if you want to wake up early just go to sleep early, your not missing much by staying up too late the next day will be there anyways. Fun is fun,a late night here and there though. For me I found even if I'm not tired, just shut out screens and lay down at your preferred time in relation to when you want to wake up,it works eventually. An hour before my desired sleep time to lay down I found good 😊
I tried this too , you can reduce 1 hour by waking up at 7:00 am ( it gives your mind a kind of relief that it's ok 7 am is gud time not very early)then after 3-4 days reduce it by half an hour to 6:30 am ...try this , don't jump from waking up 8 or 9 am to direct 5 or 5:30am ,we r humans not alarm clocks!!
Hey a really simple fix to getting up earlier is floor sleeping. Beds are too comfortable for some people. Try it. It helped me have better days immediately and now I'm wakeful in the early hours. Only took about three or four days to really transition and get full night sleeps on the floor. I love it. You can always go back to the bed sometimes but the floor is a good way to wake up.
Yes, this is the way.
AND THE ANOTHER WAY IS TO HAVE MORE AND MORE AND MOTIVATION FOR MUCH MORE MONEY.😊
Where can I find motivation to watch this video?
You can do it! It's time to begin your best life! Now and not later!
💀
Now what would motivate you to say such a thing
🤣🤣
Lewis howes school of greatness is the place he is being interviewed on
Your video is beautiful. This video I have seen is amazing in one word. You all can watch this(Morning Meditative Wakeup Sunrise - 10 Minutes 4K Ultra HD))...
Factor in other mental health issues depression anxiety adhd bipolar etc a lot of times those are underlying issues
For real, a lot of this stuff is a basic resolution for someone who’s off their routine. People who are dealing with underlying issues, it’s more than just a routine to fix the issue. It requires healing, coping, guidance and sometimes medication. But a routine like this, it’s definitely something to help get you there, as a lot of these things can help improve the symptoms of those mental health issues. The big picture is to include traditional, cultural and science based remedies that work for you as an individual.
0500: hydrate. 0501: one hour run. 0600: shower. Still dark. Lol.
That's quite impressive, I lay in bed for like 20 mins every morning
@@default124 I did for decades as well. I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired snapped one day.
Do you have any solution of becoming a nasal breather because my nose is every time blocked, which is a bad thing, i am trying to fix my nose but while sleeping I auto matically breathe from mouth, please make a video on this, on how to fix this
Use nasal spray so that your nose would stop blockage
i am mainly going to do it for the sake of skin hair and nails lol😁😁
Excellent! If I strictly follow the timeline in that thumbnail, I will crap my pants mid-run for sure! 👍😎

The miracle of flight
What if i have glasses on dose it still count as looking out the window?
He has said in another video that glasses are ok, windows are not. But hey take em off for a few mins! That's what I do. I notice colors are a little distorted with glasses on which means light is too.
Thirst. 🤔
5h: Wake up -> 5h02: drink a cup of water -> 5h05: Take a shower -> 5h20: Get dressed and go straight to the gym ...
