Have you seen the newest version of the clean up Buddy? It’s called The Boss and looks ridiculous. You’re absoluekry right about the speed of the water though. It’s either all the way down or all the way up. That’s the one thing I would change about it if I could.

I think the boss comes with a speed controller. It comes with the adventure sluice like, attached to it. It’s weird as hell looking. Looks like it would fall over in water.
