Hello Tasos. According to the EPC, the cardan shaft with the part number A204 410 1801 belongs to the series (WDB 204 992) GLK 350 CDI 4 MATIC. You can find it in the EPC under WDB 204 992. Assembly 41/ 140 - cardan shaft, front axle transmission. The GLK no longer exists today. This builder is now called the GLC. Best regards from Michael 🙌 Ps, the part number A 204 410 1801 was also installed in some other 4 MATIC models.( TYP 212 / 216 /221)
Teach your mechanics what to do instead of telling them what to do. Give them the understanding of your knowledge. Then they help you more and both of u become better. Keep it up ✌🏼
In previous videos I asked exactly for this problem and this stupid mercedes design. It is very hard to find this to buy. Provably you wheel be need to buy 2 new gears. Because 1 old and 1 new whil be produced noise. Tassos please open the stupid gear to see how is inside. THANKS
dont see any of those gears for the transfer case listed on xentry parts, even the transfer case as assembly. found this note for 722.9 "The transfer case cannot currently be replaced separa- tely. It must be completely replaced with the automatic transmission."
Timken sells a repair kit for this. NP604623 NP577617. The problem lies when you damage the housing or the output shaft. Then you have to replace the entire unit.
Hey on mine 63 s AMG 4matic I have the same problem with transmission the cross is broken inside of the gear do you know any website that I can get that part I live in the United States and I cannot find it nowhere
What would happen if a person just removed this entire shaft/gear/ front driveshaft assembly and made it a non-4Matic? Have to make a reliable closeout plate for the hole.
