Found the "She's Come Undone" clips a couple weeks ago, and have watched them several times since. Cynthia was very mesmerizing here -- she was awesome and deserved the emmy. And I love how when she did get the emmy, she said how much she loved Kim. The two did play off each other great; from Sonni, to Annie, to Olivia, to Cassie, I think Annie was the most diabolical threat to her and her family and Reva knew that. Great, great scenes.
I watched this in College, I remember running home from my class to watch with many other girls in my dorm! We lived for these shows. The world is a boring place without these soap operas 🤣♥️
Wow! The writers and the directors did a great job...with all of the things Annie did and all that celebrating for Reva...you still feel for Annie. That walk from the witness stand...so sad.
Wow, i was in the 4th grade watching this with my great grandmother....Great years of guiding Ligt Annie, Carmen, and Dinah will always be my women of horror for Springfield....Miss ya Guiding Light
Cynthia rocked it out in this storyline, but overall, my gramma and I absolutely adored the character of Reva. Reva was the quintessential flawed alpha female, who was passionate about every single thing she did
The "Reva v. Annie" storyline was some of GL at its best! I miss this show. A lot of the writing go so lame toward the end. Reality television is destroying Soaps. If they had gotten Pamela Long back as Head Writer, this show could have been saved.
Imagine if Beverlee McKinsey had stayed on as Alex, and acted opposite Cynthia Watros... can you imagine the sheer dramatic brilliance of it? Watros was to late 90s GL what McKinsey was to the earlier portion of the decade.
UGH I KNOW! I was SOOOOO angry at the Annie's first husband is alive fiasco! BULL CRAP! That was character assasination. I think Annie was a good person who just couldn't handle life when it didn't go her way.
I really don't think Annie placed her anger in the right place. It's common women will blame the "other woman" but not the man. I think that Annie (if she had stuck around) should have gone after Josh and apologized to Reva.
Actually, how is it her fault when she was trying to leave town with Alan? then she married Buzz to throw off Josh, told Josh point blank that she didn't want him anymore.

Kim Zimmer should have wone the Emmy back then over Cynthia. My Kim was much better on guiding light 😀

Cynthia watros is a good actress but Annie was sycho.kim Zimmer rocked it better than Cynthia did in this tria.
I remember this...and yes, Reva Shane was my favorite. But Cynthia Watros (Annie) played that role.
Cynthia Watros is masterpiece! The greatest GL actress ever! She deserved not only an Emmy as lead actress but also an Oscar!
It was sad.
I can't believe that I actually have SOME sympathy for Annie... especially after all of what she did... Annie is so pitiful
Annie - even in the miss of hell - is a smart chick! She didn't drop dime on Alan insuring her light would shine. Go Annie!
Smart? If she were smart, then she would never have put herself on the witness chair to be easily outsmarted
Reva was my favorite character on guiding light.kim Zimmer is my favorite and family 4 ever and always.kim gave 💯 percent in every scene she was in.
I would have loved to have seen a Roger/Anne pairing.

I agree
Yes definitely Pamela was the best as head writer.
As warped as Annie was, she was the only one of Josh's wives who was faithful. All of his other wives cheated on him
Right😭😭

It was an absolute shame she wanted to leave the show...the day she left was the beginning of the end of an era and GL.
You could almost feel sorry for Annie. She was completely broken
Glad Reva wone her case but Cynthia watros Annie was to psycho.
Kim's acting was never better than when she played off Cynthia. I would say the same thing about Ron and Josh too!
i disagree. I thought Kim's acting was lit in the 80s
@@rosiejase LIT, FOR SURE. Reva was on fire in the 80s. Better writing, better acting

Cynthia watros is a good actress but annie was sycho and she lied about her baby.she had the right to go to jail.
Actually, Reva was the one who really tried to stay away from Josh. She kept pushing him away.
So true. Josh kept pushing and chasing, but of course the woman's gonna blame the other woman 🙃
I always felt completely awful for Annie. I hate what she did but I l feel just awful for her!
Always playing the woman who wants the man she can't have
I stopped watching GL after Sonni left and it became The Reva Shane Show, so I’m kind of sorry I missed this. It reminds me of Sonni, though.

Yes but at the final Josh and Reva got back together
