What is Bill's and Tanya's prroblem with Alice? Alice is not Tanya's biological daughter and she has Bill whipped. Tanya is a toxic cesspool and Bill is all too happy to jump in. This happens too often and I hope it stops.
Alice probably looks like her mother and Tanya hates the woman that was first in her husband's life. I just don't understand people like Tanya. She knew before she got married to her husband that he came with a child... A child that lost her own mother and who is deserving of all the love and respect that she gives her own biological daughter.
This stuff always makes me pissed. Like if you make it clear that you don’t like your child and don’t want her anywhere near you, why are you getting mad that someone wants to take her in? That solves your “problem”. Is it because you want a punching bag? Is it because it shows everyone how crappy of parents they are?
@@southernflight5078 BINGO!!! because Bill and tayna both not only would have catch heat from family members for what they did to alice, but their co-workers, friends and boss too, And I have seen bosses before that have a strong distaste for their employee/employees harming/neglecting their own children.
Part of me thinks it's wanting them to suffer. If someone else takes them in, then their "we hate you and want the worst for you" isn't as harsh. They don't get to have the control and violence(?) that they want. Violence isn't the word I'm looking for. But neither is power. They want violence of a social kind. They want the opportunity to punish them for existing and get to revel in seeing them hurt.
And for Tanya... She had a choice to make before she continued the relationship with a man who had a child. Tanya would have exhibited jealousy and hatred of Alice long before Bill proposed marriage to her. If her hatred of an innocent child outweighed her love for her husband, she should have recognised that and walked away from the relationship.
it's because it makes people ask "If they are such picture perfect parents then why is a perfectly normal kid leaving them and not wanting to go back to them?" Her leaving exposes all their bull****
Its seems Alice was a scapegoat, now that she is out of the house, the stepmother and father can't blame her or op. As the saying goes, whencthe scapegoat leaves, the family implodes.
I can relate when OP said “I went from being a liability to an asset in their eyes”. Part of my family treated me like that because I wasn’t my older brother and a crybaby. Now that I’m older they wanna act like we had such great times together. It’s hard to let go of all hurt and anger, but I have nothing to do with them and they have nothing to do with me.
Tanya sounds like every other bad step mother who sees Alice as competition and wants to erase every trace of BIL's previous wife. And BIL is just a simp who listens and over values his queef and punishes Alice on the grounds of existence. I have no sympathy for BIL. He chose to simp and simp hard for another woman rather than being a father Alice needed. He deserves to lose his new family.
I've seen this story several times on several channels. I love it this time just as much as the 1st time I heard it and every time in between. OP and Missus are top of the line. I just hope OP let Olivia have some fun with Tanya when she showed up at his place. Alice is truly lucky to have OP and his Missus. She's working hard and on tract for a successful career. This was the 1st time that I've heard the last update. I can't really imagine the kind of life their "clone" is going to have. I just know it will be good.
Story 1, I'm a couple minutes in and i already like this op, I especially loved it when op was like "ok, bet" when people from their family refuse to go certain events because op, refuse to enable that bs behave towards alice, and op gave 0 f cks type responses and didn't care if they came or not and didn't fall for their manipulative bs, I just finished the video and i have to say i do not feel bad for tayna and especially bill, and they can save the "we kicked her out, to scare her straight.", Bs it's like y'all neglect Alice and you had to come up with a lie to cover up y'alls disgusting behavior plain and simple, Because there was too many options to actually help Alice without putting her in a dangerous situation like that, And since Alice was starting to calm down after living at op's place, we all can see you both was the actual problem and not Alice especially y'alls behavior after finding out she was safe at op's home, y'all basically snitched on y'alls selfs all the way until now, and honestly it's good you both were forced to face the consequences of your behavior towards alice.
Agree- I actually think the 'scaring someone straight' tactic is abuse when there's a power imbalance. It's cruel to do this to a child as they don't have full legal control over their 'choices' so it isn't really a choice at all: it's emotional blackmail. Also temper tantrums don't start in isolation- it's the only tactic the niece can meaningfully employ: she needs help not more fear and resultant stress. My heart breaks for her. Eta: I see she's 18 but the power imbalance still applies.
Alice seems to be hated by both her stepmother and her father. Bill hates her because she probably looks like her mother and he can't stand looking at her- and Tanya hates her because she's not her biological child, looks like her mother, and her jealousy turned into hatred. They kicked Alice out while she was in high school and expected nobody to come to her aid. I am so sad for Alice but I am glad to hear that she's doing okay now that she's out of her abusers' household.
Totally BS with the we weren't really going to kick her out, what about the years of no hoildays and faverite of other children was that to teach her. They know it's looks bad for them so trying to back peddle
My favorite part was "I think it's dumb, but I'm dumb. But my wife also thinks it's dumb and she's really smart" xD
👍 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣 😂
I was bracing myself for the villains to say that but OP ROCKED THAT QUOTE. GO OP!!!

@@TiffWaffles It's confirmed at 7:32 that Alice looks exactly like her mother, so you're right on the money!

OP is a figure, loved his expressions and maneirisms. The most un-Canadian person I've ever met!
A HUGE hug for him, the "missus" and Alice!
BIL has no say anymore, she is 18 and he kicked her out. He has no authority anymore and she can do whatever she wants.
