I am dealing with a very corrupt family court and attorneys on all sides that are colluding against me. This is a neglect trial that has been going on for two and a half years now. We’ve gone through three judges, I’ve gone through four attorneys, and four cps caseworkers.
Can parents unintentionally create false memories by questioning their children before they've been to a CAC? Do forensic interviewers attempt to uncover that possibility?
And by the way the neglect charge is that I didn’t do enough to stop my wife from physically assaulting me in front of her children. My wife was assaulting me for over five years and I did everything I could to help her including taking her to her doctor, marriage counseling, and therapy.
What can I do when these allegations have been made against me and a corrupt cps case worker found that I was neglectful but since I have proven that the allegations were false and they know they are false but they refuse to drop the neglect charge. I have proven my ex lied and that the caseworker lied yet the attorney for CPS refuses to drop the case.
