Future returns can never be predicted but do you know to get a SEBI registered license you need to provide tips for 2 years for free and you have to submit proof for the same and then you get the license
He's thanking sebi for banning & that makes him to earn a lot in US markets without paying any taxes.Sometimes Sebi too behave like bullshit banks catches retailer rather than escaping escaping diggers like adani through loop holes.

Please make a video about how the SEBI certification programs are unfair in their requirements. If anyone should be allowed to have a SEBI IA certificate, it should be PR Sundar but his qualifications dont allow him to even apply. The same here, I have been a successful trader for 5 years now but I never studied MBA or worked for a financial firm (not that I want to give advice, I dont believe in it, I believe giving advice is a scam in itself and I have never paid for one and never taken money for one but for the sake of people who want to make a career out of it). That makes me ineligible. How can SEBI fine an expert like this when their IAs are not 10% as good as him.
SEBI makes up these arbitrary rules that make it hard for real traders and investment experts who have made industry standard returns to get a registration.
I dont think the RBI governor is qualified to run RBI. He doesnt have any qualification in Finance. Why does a guy with degree in History get to lead RBI? See the Scam that govt is perpetrating on the Citizens?
Who decides whats career they want right from the time they are born and takes that path all along? According to this, if I decide at 40 to be a IA or RA after profitable decades of trading and investing, SEBI wants me to study MBA and spend 5 years at a firm, by 47 I will be ready for IA or RA even though I have been a profitable trader or investor for a decade. Absolute scam of a board.

What about the tech glitches in broker platforms, traders cant access their positions and money gets lost... no one is penalising brokers for this. So why fry educators when the cogs in the machine are so broken

No. Complains of tech issues don't get anywhere you can check traders experiences expressed in Twitter when platforms have failed them. Regardless care needs to be taken all sides no one can be trusted when it comes to your hard earned money and so you have to take the Responsibility... Be it PR it Broker no one is obliged to your results in the market.
Mr P R Sunder could be banned for other reasons. He speaks well and passes on his knowledge to his viewers. I have never seen him straying.

Govt ko commission nahi mil raha isliye ban kya, kya Ful Service Broker ka advice hamesa sahi hota hai? Register karne k baad or govt ko paisa milne k baad sab kuch legal ho jayega.

I remember Harshad Mehta when i herd this news about PR Sunder. Income tax, every daam things government collect money in huge cores in the form of taxes. This government is just like parasite they suck everything and leave it when it is done. Today i learn do not do for free even it on government. Take some fee in return.

SEBI doesn’t wait for any pump & dump to happen. If someone is found to be giving advices and taking a fee for the same, it is not legitimate. That’s the bottomline.

All I am saying is if sebi has sincere intentions it will go after companies which are trading at 200 PE and whereas peers are trading at 1/4 the value. that is more dangerous to the market then these. if u attack the bigger problems and also catch people like PR sundar I dont see any reason to comment, till now no real culprits of colo scam are read out.

PR Sundar Sir is an inspiration. He's one of the genuine traders who gives a pragmatic picture about the stock markets. It's difficult to find honest people in this field. Everyone has learnt so much from him through youtube.
Yes, his videos have helped a lot of budding traders & investors. It's just that SEBI found his sharing as Investment Advice and banned him.

❗You have ZERO idea about PR Sundar, he is one of them promoted VAULD crypto platform and run campaign for VAULD co. to trade crypto, towards his viewers obviously for money he charged heavily from VAULD to run the same. Even brought Darshan Bathija ceo of Vauld in his channel for interviews. By looking all, many viewers sign-up and loose hevy money on VAULD platform. Whereas he never use Vauld platform for his own but promoted it for money, and specially youth audience looses there money for his aggressive promotion.

It is good for us citizens that SEBI is keeping a watch, but is he/she really safe guarding investors interest? Perhaps he/she is FORCED to tow the govt.'s line, therefore it was no surprise that they found no wrong doings in Mr. Adani's financies.Everyone knew this from day one, unfortunately we feel sad for SEBI, because P.R.Sundar has had the last laugh. He has saved HUGE taxes that SEBI & govt levys on us, and made 100 times more money as an NRI. PR Sundar Came forward and increased the turnover of NIFTY option trading for the last three Years which made millions of users able to register for demat accounts and start to trade. And i don't see any one user did complet on him where his training option tipes is fraud. May be SEBI was losing money because of his tips
