Bought one just because I liked the blue color. It's very light weight which I really like. Got it used in mint condition with a nice gig bag for $175. 2014 Les Paul Special has a Blue Burst gloss finished flamed maple veneer top and a beautiful rosewood fretboard. Installed a set of Grover 133N Deluxe tuners, everything else is stock. Cheers!
My Series 1 w/ P90s is always in the fight when I stand in front of the guitar rack and ponder: " Who shall we play today? " Bought used, less than $70.00....but the prior owner had done a killer job with fretwork/intonation/neck set...... I've probably owned 40+ guitars.....but I've got a crush on my Epi! Astonishingly underrated!
Man I hope you are right. I bought one on reverb used as an impulse buy or rather an mistake buy after all the TV Yellow $400 reviews I thought it was the same one only in Red. Anyway now I have low expectations when it arrives. You have given me some encouragement.
You will love it!!!!! I am totally sure... I have driven some crazy( and expensive trick stuff: Rick 370s, flash strats, Firebirds, beserk SGs, fancy stuff, but this is my current darling. P.S. I am normally 100% a Fender driver.....had dozens.... But, I love this little darling! Rock on.
I'm planning to do that, actually. the only thing that concerns me is the neck warp and how it'll hold up over time, which is very important because I'm running on a relatively low budget.
I've had this guitar for a year now playing with the amplifier boss katana 50 and let me tell you this guitar does great. %80 percent of the sound quality comes from the amplifier. I play mostly metallica and I recommend this guitar but please don't get the player pack the amplifier is so bad it's not worth it boss katana mini isn't bad on a budget. I also had vox pathfinder 10 and that doesn't work with metal but for the clean and rock definitely works.
Honestly, a flat-top bolted on neck les paul is something I wish epiphone take it a bit more seriously. Really, there are no options for people who like playing these but want something with nicer specs.
I have an epi les paul studio E1 ebony and its a great guitar. Cost me about £220. It's a full les paul with the four control knobs and the switch in the correct place. I reckon you are better off with one of those rather than the 3 types you mentioned, though those 3 are decent enough.
@@ErvieManayaga Im not sure about the headless your talking about but if its an epiphone then i just gotta say that epiphone pickups are id say sounds as good as a gibson pickup
@reformercaesar idk your pfp so, hello person, after looking at other local brands there are much better guitars that are worth my money, Im looking at this les paul from a local brand which has stainless steel frets and locking tuners, what a win
No they don't. They are better then most of the cheap Gibson Melody Maker models after 2005. The Epiphones are nicely balanced and don't have that clunky neck feel of the Gibson rounded profile necks on the super light weight Melody maker Cedar Bodies.

For a non-guitar connoisseur like me it sounds good and people in the audience won't give a f*ck what gear you have as long as you sound good.
The musician gives a fuck shut up and enjoy the music

The chours effect sounds sooooo beautiful

Can someone tell me which is better among Epiphone les paul special VE and Epiphone les paul player pack?
Same guitar. VE has different color options and cost a bit more.
"Is it good or is it shit? Lets find out."
(Get comfy and buckles up 😃)
Why are all of Paul's guitars wide necks😢
Does it come in a version for lefthanded people
How do you get it to sound like that? I have it
I always like to know what amp is being used. Amps can make quite a difference especially on cheap guitars. What amp is it?
Shame it only has 2 neck pickups and no bridge - according to the subtitles
Oh wow thanks for noticing that! I must've had a bad day that day :)
Am i able to do the chorus effect with a cheap AMP? Or would I need pedals
get a mustang lt25
I regret selling cherry one of this. I want to find my cherry wine one again. It'.was great
Please suggest which is better - Epiphone les Paul special ll/ Epiphone les Paul player pack/ Epiphone les Paul special Satin E1(I'm a beginner)

@@bigbasil1908and how about P-90? Which better compare to E1? Both have the same price
can you review tim hensons new guitar the ibanez TOD10N
That would be cool! Who knows :)
There is not much difference in between switching the pickups...at least that is how it sounds to me.
Definitely a meater sound with both pick ups
i'd go to cresendo next year i guess theres a 10k les paul just like this
Because it is that.
Dollars or pesos?
@@ErvieManayaga peso bro theres also an SG (the one i bought) and it went for about 12k which was on a sale also
@ne0n863 The headless guitar? I'm buying the headless since in a review it had a somewhat close comparison to a Gibson pickup.
