I came across these just the other day while out on a nature preserve at the base of the Appalachian. I had never seen these before. I will definitely be going back out to harvest and prepare these for myself. Thank you for the video!

I find a lot of mushrooms, but I have never found that species.
It has a very beautiful color indeed.
