There s actually a very good trick to make poaching eggs easier.. The egg white s composed of a thinner liquid and a thicker part which s attached to the yolk. If you place the egg in a small strainer after u break it u ll get rid of the thinner egg white and u can place the remaining raw egg in the simmering water and it ll poach without that cloud of eggwhite everywhere..
Fun tip for poaching eggs - swirl the water to create a mini vortex and slowly put the egg into the center of the still swirling water. It helps prevent the egg whites from spreading out.
Hey guys, quick question... do you think this would be good with capers in the cakes? I have a classic salmon recipe that has lemon and capers... I was also thinking how cool would it be to finish this off with a dilled sauce? To really highlight that salmon. Just wondering what youz guyz think :)

Yasmin Ahmed, I think chicken or turkey cut extremely thin would work as well. I would do smoked, to keep that rich smokiness.
