A secret Nature-Concert

I suffer from bad performance-anxiety, but I tricked myself into being able to play live again by removing the (human) real life-audience. I played a tiny concert with my harp, my voice and a borrowed whistle in the middle of the marshlands... The concert is approximately 15 minutes long. Hope you enjoy! :)
The longer version:
Hey everybody,
as some of you may or may not know, I suffer from quite severe performance anxiety. It is far worse than common stage fright and can lead to psycho-somatic voice-loss already days before a scheduled gig. That meant I had to quit playing live, as my voice was just not reliably there when I needed it most...
Instead I noticed, that, with hard work and a lot of exposure-therapy (pun intended), I can at least play in front of a camera (as long as there is no actual real-life human audience around, i.e. strangers, ...and weirdly I can cope with close friends and fellow musicians).
So why not trying out something different? As it was still very dry and sunny out there, I went to the marshland with my harp and a borrowed whistle (thanks Heather!), found myself a lonely, (sadly not so quiet) spot between the reeds and umbellifers and played a miniature concert for the marshland-beings and indirectly for you all. :) I luckily did not attract any human attention and was able to play undisturbed.

Fabulous. Congratulations. Deep inspiration of the air-prana and hold it long in hara center, 4 or 5 (or more) times, before some public performance will help you, surely, as anxiety is much a disturbance of the flow of prana, and of the inner ground assurance. Light and joy in you!!
