Hey, I haven’t watched the full video yet, but you can sneak/crouch to approach the wild horses easier and they won’t run away like they do. (right next to where you put/equip the food it says what to press to crouch) And You can feed food to your horses when in foal to speed up the process! Hope this helps, have a great day Lady Ranger!
I played this game since it released for a week straight and completed everything. My best advice is this would be the best time to do everything since its a new game. Things that are in it now will be harder to aquire later. Im sure in 2 years some things you have now will be deemed super rare! The best time to join a game is since it comes out for the best stuff! Im sad i missed the first year like on wild horse islands because that was the v1 era and now you cant get them and they are super rare! Hope that makes sense! On horse life i now have an army of pink horses. Which is one of the first easy vibrant colors you can aquire. You mix a salmon coated horse with a white coat horse and you get pink!
You need to crouch to tame horses easier, your not supposed to walk over to a horse and tame them, the spook mechanic is to prevent that, so you have to crouch. How to crouch: 1- it will appear on your screen as “Sneak”, the key to be able to will be right next to it, you can see it during the video, it says “Sneak”. 2- once you a certain distance away from the horse, press C to “sneak” and you will find it much easier to tame other horses, especially ones of higher rarity. Also, for breeding missions, just tame a male and female horse breed them and then sell the both for their coins and you repeat the progress until the mission is done. Edit: Hope this helps! I started this game in earnest a week ago (i played for an hour or so during the beta). The boss fights can give some good loot. If you haven't been doing it already, make sure you favorite horses you want to keep. I accidentally donated a winged horse I wanted to keep to a boss battle yesterday. I forgot to favorite it. Oops.
If your trying to catch normal horses id suggest woven lassos(i only buy 5 at a time) the vibrant one you used earlier was for caprines :] Also to clear inventory space you can click tne item you want gone and the. There should be an X button somehwere, just click it and put how much you want to delete.
I played all day yesterday, was my first day lol. I quickly unlocked all species except kelpie, bred near 10 foals, caught my first wild peg, uni and garg lolol I'm pretty short on cash now but thats super easy to solve. Its such a cozy game, so cottage core and pretty! ❤❤❤❤
This isn’t really a tip but you can find wild horses with wing mutations and with a wing upgrade potion(it costs 2.5k coins) from the shop you can use it on the horse that has the wing mutation and you can fly for a certain amount of time and on the instant foal potion you click use and then it gives you a small menu of all your mares that have a baby and you select one mare to use it on but once your out of the potion your out
hey lady ranger i just want to tell you that if you go in your stables and where you can see how much horses you have you can look to the right and click on the plus and you can have more horses in your stables
Also ima be completely honest there is no point in playing red dead 2 because they stopped making story quests for it. There is no more way to progress there fore there is no point to play. It does also require some gaming skill because people will try to just shoot you or your horse in online. To play a good online server you have to play REDM but its also a waiste of time because every server costs money and you have to sign up tbh they just ruined that game :,)

You can catch wild horses with a lung mutation (I don’t remember what it was called 😢) and it’s usually good with more stamina.
Hiii! If you feed your horse that is on cooldown and waiting to have a foal, it will speed things up!

and you can crouch in the game to get closer to the wild horse without it running away
