I've got a theory why the stats won't go up any more....
I guess to remember (I hope I do correctly remember it), that PikPok once said: "Everytime you breed, you've to look after the stats of the horse you want to breed with.
They should have to be higher than the stats of the horse you want to breed with. To bring the stats higher. Everytime you use lower stats it will change to lower ones again or will be mixed up.
An example: Horse 1 got A/A/B/C/A/A and Horse 2 got A/B/B/C/A/A. So the outcome can, should or will be A+/A or B or C/B or C/C or D/A+/A+".
If you want the best stats, you should use only A+ stats to get to the highest stats with your favorite horse. The caring stats are a bonus, I think too.
That's what I have experiened in the past, when I try to breed higher stats as well...

The stats are actually most likely to be the average of the 2 parents. So A and A (if they are the same grade) would usually produce A, commonly A+ or B, sometimes C, rarely D. The foal care bonus stats have absolutely no effect on breeding, only the base stats are inherited. What you (and Abigail) experienced was a coincidence, since the stats always have a chance of going up or down compared to the parent average.
My mom’s thoroughbred mare has Nasrulla, Secretariat’s grandfather, on both sides of her gene pool, but it’s like 7-8 generations back on both sides.
Nasrulla is just a pretty and unique name!😭
@@Ari..0.. To be honest that’s secretariat’s grandfather’s name. Ridges Lightning is the name of the mare I’m talking about. I have met 3 generations. Nesrevi, Ridge’s Sweetness, and Ridges Lightning. But Nesrevi, Mom’s maiden name of Iversen spelled backwards, is the daughter of my mom’s favorite show jumper, Twenty-Two. I never met Twenty-Two, but there was a picture of her at mom’s memorial service.
Still an impressive lineage though, to have Secretariat's grandfather on both sides of your pedigree.

Ive been on a rival star kick since i got it on pc… now I want to play even more 😂
Frrr it’s so good on pc! Used to play it on iPad, but got tired of the high prices, and the “gold” you needed to do some things, but it was really hard to get the gold. And it took so long! Like, 10 minutes or longer when your horse got better, and you needed to train it. Pc version is much better and easier.
