Great review for this pair of goggles.I got structured workouts with swim for training for my 4th IRONMAN. I noticed checking pace, distance, time on my Garmin isn’t really convenient for swimming.that might be the answer. Congratulations for your fight against cancer.I am glad you are well now.

You mentioned it doesn't track drill and kick very consistently, and also doesn't distinguish between different storkes very well...I'm just wondering if these are things that have been improved over the last 2 years.

These look like excellent goggles to keep track of times. Did you get a chance to test them while diving into the water? I'm working on 50 free 100 free and 100 breast speeds. I was concerned with any kind of impact on the unit. Thanks.
It's possible to dive, but these goggles are pretty heavy so you need them to be very tight or else they will be more likely to fall off. I don't expect any damage to the actual goggles while diving if that's what you're concerned about.
Does it fit in typical asian face or is it asian fit compatible? Is it worth paying for this much for a goggle? What happens once the goggle starts to fog up and build up mould around eye area? Any replaceable socket? Thanks. Does it really help your swimming?
- It fits well on my face, although I need to wear it pretty tight because of how heavy it is. - I feel the goggles are worth it for me, but it depends on how valuable you think this type of tool is. - The goggles usually don't fog up for me. All I do to take care of them is rinse them under cold water after a swim. - I don't believe there are any replaceable sockets available at this time. - The goggles are more of a convenience that help with training and motivation.
Nice review. I see in your post-pool commentary you're wearing glasses. How easy is it to read the display without your glasses? Is the display blurry at all?
Yes, I'm near sighted and the screen in the goggles is blurry for me. The screen is pretty close so I can still ready it, but I like to wear contacts in the pool anyway to correct my vision.

Unfortunately, my goggles stopped charging recently, so they aren't usable anymore. I'm not familiar with any other smart goggles either - wish I could be of more help.

Can you use these googles for running? I love how it tracks movement. I think I can use this when I run on a track.
They aren't usable for running, but there are probably other technologies you could use to track running movements

I think the easiest way to solve this problem is to wear contacts - that works for me!

Thanks! The screen will get blurry if you're near-sighted. I always wear contacts when I use the goggles so I can see the screen clearly.

Hi what if water goes on your goggles
You'll just need to readjust them when takin a break, just like normal goggles. The inside is completely waterproof so no issues there.
Misread these as google goggles lol. It would have been amazing if they meshed into the Fitbit platform.

It's pretty difficult to see clearly - I'm near-sighted and wouldn't want to wear the goggles without wearing my contacts.
