Got an apple watch around new years. Grew up an athlete but failed to find motivation for training after retiring and i hated running so much i could not run more than 5k without starting to hate life (not even a joke). It flipped the script instantly and now i can compete against my friends and myself first and foremost and it feels amazing to go out there and run (ran my first 30k 2 weeks ago). Doing my first triathlon this summer, and you inspired me to also do a marathon at the end of the summer! Does it show your swimming pace per 100 LIVE? during your swim? does it update if I go up or down speed? If the pace is live i will definitelly buy this....

You are right! But I think that Shervin was talking about the charging cable having a USB-A connection instead of USB-C. The charging connector on the goggle is magnetic contact. USB-A 5V charging blocks/adapters are disappearing (except for hotel bed stands and airplane screens, it seems)!
Nope. I stand against all subscription models. When it comes to fitness, I have one rule: KISS, Keep It Simple, Stupid. The more you overcomplicate a sport with numbers the more it becomes unenjoyable.
in open water, didnt get the numbers on the screen, does it actually tell the distance to the buoy? how do you set a new target, when you turn that buoy?
I’d be curious about this too. I don’t think it does distance to a buoy, but setting a new target during turns on an open water swim course? Yeah, curious
@victoryu7820 I don't think so. I have the form one goggles and in open water mode they only seem to show the swim straight display. It didn't give me details on the chart other than average strokes per minute and total swim time. Maybe paired with a gps enabled watch you get more details.
I have the first generation goggles and they are awesome. I love all of the data I get and the workouts have really helped me get more consistent. I'm not sure how I missed this video 4 months ago. I'd like to see more videos about swimming technique.
