This is really good.
Glad this sound is resurrected for those who were not there. Extremely enjoyable sound! Reminds me a bit of CHASTAIN from my corner of the world. Love the vokills and raging guitars especially.
It can’t be overstated how much better Disc 1 is than Disc 2. I don’t know if they ever did a show with Sacrilege, but that would have absolutely killed.

A great recording. As well as female vocal like male vocal. Bettina Paschen sings like a male vocal. Great vocalist. It's most rare I liking an female vocal.
@@sirhonksalot1432 I agree. Its hard to find female vocals that are great. Though in punk i have found lots that are great. Legal weapon, the plasmatics, X, sacrilege(speed metal punk), bread and water, signal lost, 45 grave, the violaters(uk), penetration, x ray specs, vice squad, nog watt, nausea. In metal there isn't many i like. The great kat(first lp), acid(belgium), black night(canada), sentinal beast(california). There's more i cant think of right now but thats a good start to explore.
The vocals are created with sound board technology even a 12 year old can sound similar to this!!!
Never heard of this band, but very solid power/heavy metal compilation with some even proto-trash elements. Vocals can be hate it or love it, but definitely a hidden gem👍
I think the songs are arranged in reverse chronological order. I heard the first song and thought they were doing blasts in 83, but I think the stuff on the backside is the older stuff.

Did this band come upon the European radar circuit back then in the 80's?
Yes and no. I can only speak for Germany as this is where I am from. Here, they were pretty much appreciated by Speed/Thrash Metal fans, tape traders and fanzines, but did not get big. Keep in mind that back then, not each and every band got a contract as easily as today and - of course - there was no internet to spread the word.
Jörg, their guitarist was an avid tape trader and did spread their demos, rehearsals and live tapes incl. video tapes. He later went on to become a guitar roadie for Gamma Ray.
All of their tapes are great and still sound fresh today - at least to me. It is beyond me why they never made it any further than they did. It surely wasn't a lack of effort and they also were a great live band. I remember spending hours on the train to go to Hamburg to see them play (with Minotaur - what a night!).

portions of her vocals reminds me of Attila Csihar, the gutteral type of vocal execution. but i don't like it so much when she does it, sometimes it's good but other times it feels a little too forced. other portions are really good tho. her higher notes are really good.
*i don't like the vocals on little lady tho, almost all of it i don't like. instrumentally it's very beautiful. thank you for sharing but i need to listen to something else. probably MayheM. i need Black Metal.
