EXE-Edits Padres/Rockies one game playoff 2007. Arguably the best game literally ever and it never makes any list. Including your “top 10 of the 21st century”
Justin Verlander vs Sonny Gray 2013 ALDS ... don’t remember which game but A’s won 1-0 on a walkoff single by Stephen Vogt in the bottom of the 9th off of Porcello
2004 NLCS (Astros Cardinals) was the best NLCS ever. You can take any game cuz all of them came down to the wire. For this series I recommend game 5 AND 6
love this series being a fan of this generation. i remember how great these games and postseason baseball were from the mid 2000s to early 2010s. keep up the good work man & also 2009 nlds game 2 was a good one
I think the 2 from 1986 are not forgotten. They may have been overshadowed by game 6 of the World Series but that 86 postseason is well recognized as perhaps the greatest postseason ever before the 3 tier playoffs. And I think it's well known that Game 6 of the NLCS and game 5 of the ALCS from that year are the standouts of each series. I would say for true forgotten classics from those same series, do Game 4 of the 86 ALCS (featuring a 3-run comeback by the Angels in the 9th to win and go up 3-1 in the series) and game 3 of the 86 NLCS, although game 5 NLCS works also. Both were walk offs, one was a Dykstra HR the other a Carter single.
2010 NLDS game 3 comes to mind. From the pitcher's duel to Hinske's homer to Freddy Sanchez getting a clutch single down to his last strike and the Giants rallying back. And then of course... poor Brooks Conrad.
Another idea for a great game that’s been forgotten: the August 2015 Mets-Nationals game when the Nats were up 7-1, their relievers forgot how to throw strikes, and Kirk Nieuwenhuis hit a go-ahead, pinch hit HR in T9 off Papelbon.
Only a regular season game, but on 4/18/12, matt cain and cliff lee combined to go 19 scoreless innings before the giants won 1-0 in 11 innings. only time a pitcher has thrown 10 shutout innings (lee) since 2006. and considering 2012 wasn't THAT long ago in the grand scheme of things, going 10 innings in a heavily-monitored-pitch-count era is pretty amazing.
2017 NL Wild Card I know it’s recent but no one talks about it anymore and I don’t see highlights but it was honestly the most exciting game ever it never stopped
I was at this game, a coworker's parents were on vacation so he got their nice ass season tickets for it, so we ditched work with our boss and went to the game, that place was so loud at the end
2015 ALCS Game 5. José Bautista’s two home runs isn’t enough as Royals win it with a go ahead RBI double in the 8th in their way to their 2nd World Series in two seasons.
3:05 Asshole. Really do wish this Brewers team beat St. Louis though. Then we’d have a World Series matchup between two teams that have never won. It would be electric.
Brand new series I'm doing, leave your game suggestions below!

A lot of those A's-Tigers ALDS games were great, but nobody remembers them because neither team won a championship.
To add to this - 2012 ALDS Game 4. A’s pull off comeback against Valverde and force game 5
Best pitched game I ever saw. Even as a Tigers fan, I look back at that game with positivity
