Hey Guys Welcome to my Channel!
This Video is made to make you aware of the mistakes I made when becoming a Delta Flight Attendant. As aspiring flight attendant we make the big mistake of relying on Glassdoor and google to prepare ourself, which technically there's nothing wrong with with, but because I did it I did not create a strategy that could help me answer questions properly and stand out in every phase of the face to face.
In this video I address those mistakes and how you can avoid them.

You are so correct! I went to my first interview and bombed miserably! I took that failure and made myself better. I practiced , worked on my behavior questions, and practice again! I was well prepared for my next interview and I received my CJO…yes! I leave for training 10/3. Yes!!!
What tips could you provide me? What to avoid? What makes someone prepared?

There are no mistakes, mistakes are part of the success process. You have to be careful your source of advice in life period.
I just received my offer at delta a few weeks ago and I’m currently waiting to hear back on my training date. I also received a job offer from another airlines but I decided to go with delta because they seemed much more professional and the flight attendants seemed to really enjoy their job. It’s really important to be energetic and prepare by watching several of the videos and practicing answering interview questions on your own. You are very right when you said that you should include showing your skills with every answer.

@@showme2540 if you become a delta’s flight Attendant they will provide you with really good travelpro rollerboard and a totte bag for free ynless they have change it to payroll deductible
I have a grey suit with a purple tie.
It looks a lot like a Delta Flight Attendant uniform.

I wore my cute scarf because I wore a really plain all black dress & sweater, I walked out with my F2F. The wings were definitely overboard but I do believe a scarf looks good if it makes the ladies who wear it comfortable.
I'm replying to Delta Airlines ✈️️ very soon.. And I'm looking to get to that F2F stage in the ATL and to the CJO.. Then a FA Career! I'm ready for this video!
Hi there! I am trying to find Delta's core values and am having a hard time finding it clearly listed out. I noticed on a delta UA-cam video a flight attendant mentioned that deltas core values are honesty, integrity, respect, perseverance, and servant leadership. But when I go onto their main website, they stress the importance of Diversity, inclusion and equality. So, I was not sure if those are included in the core values or if the core values are only the 5 I listed above? Help please :)
👠 good video! 🌸 my story is different from everyone else 😊 - I never wanted to be an FA, but (at the time) I needed a job. My niece needed a ride to an airline open "cattle call" interview, so I gave her a ride. I ended going to the interview (just to be nosey), and ended up advancing, got a cjo, went to training, and was a (legacy airline) FA for 12 years!*. I resigned and went back to school to get a degree in the medical field. So my advice to anyone wanting to be an FA is to do your research, don't think it's all glitz & glamour, it's hard work! Just relax, and don't over think it! If it's meant to be, it will be. Trust me, it's not the end of the world! These days with all the drama, low $$ you'll be better off working Macy's!! - seriously!
After the online interview could they offer you a job or do you have to get offered a f2f before job offer?
All the CJOs are offer at or after the F2F for most of the Airlines.
