Everything you talked about is correct about the interview!! But the way they make the job offer is totally brutal!! Whenever I went to the interview in February in 2022, I thought that I had done fantastic, but at the end everyone gathers in the meet and greet area. Thank you new subscriber, very helpful video! However Delta is now doing on demand interviews vs virtual now as next phase after virtual job try out. So we have to record ourselves vs it being a virtual interview with recruiter. Do you have a video on that? Can use some tips before I start mine
How long do I have to wait to reapply after they have said, thanks but no thanks? I know it was 6 months but I heard you mention in a previous video that they changed that a bit at the beginning of 2022. Was that just a one time thing? Also, I am worried that if I wait 6 months, they won’t be hiring anymore. How often do they open up for applications? Is it every year? Every other year? Thank you for your tips!
I have event day next month and the only thing that wasn’t the same for me in this process was the virtual interview because mine was recorded I didn’t see any live person it was just six questions and you had to record your answer within a certain period of time and you only could re record the answer I think like 5 or 6 times.
Hello. Thank you so much for the interview process information. I am currently in the middle of the process but mine is a bit different. I am at the virtual interview stage and my virtual interview is not like a zoom call. What I have to do is video record response to questions. It is not with a person on the other end. What is cool about this process is according to the email. I will have five chances to re-record my answers if I messed up or forgot to say something or felt it didn’t go right. They give you fourteen days to complete the interview from the time you completed your virtual job tryout. I will be doing my virtual interview today because they do advise you to do it as soon as possible because they are reviewed on a first received first reviewed basis. Wish me luck and thanks again

Hi Abbie . This information is amazing, thank you so much . This might be a bit of an unusual question but do you know if Delta does give employment to people applying from outside of the US ? If so , do they assist or help out with an employment authorization document or does the individual need to get that on their own? Thank you new subscriber, very helpful video! However Delta is now doing on demand interviews vs virtual now as next phase after virtual job try out. So we have to record ourselves vs it being a virtual interview with recruiter. Do you have a video on that? Can use some tips before I start mine
Virtual job tryout was kinda hard, weeds a lot of people out!😀… I almost had it until last part.🤣 but it was fun 🤩
What was the last part?
Right?! I for sure thought that I had failed the VJT as I second guessed myself a lot on that las part!
Did they give you a virtual interview date ?
I just got the ON DEMAND video .
Is the on demand interview the same as the VJT
Mine offered the same. I waited a couple days cause I was slightly nervous.
Do they have a specific time of the year that they hire? I checked on the website for careers in cabin crew, but nothing showed up.
@Carlynn Brauch
I believe I read somewhere online that it’s every three months now. Before it use to be six but they changed it.
I have event day next month and the only thing that wasn’t the same for me in this process was the virtual interview because mine was recorded I didn’t see any live person it was just six questions and you had to record your answer within a certain period of time and you only could re record the answer I think like 5 or 6 times.
Have you heard anything yet?
I must’ve failed the virtual job tryout, how long do you have to wait to reapply
I got an invite to the video interview, but not the virtual job tryout... just wondering why that step was skipped..?
How long after the virtual job try out should I expect them to reach out for the virtual interview?
It was a few weeks for me..
