This would not have been possible. She and any other vampire can only turn a living human into a vampire. Ralph died the day he was coming off the bus from his dads house. If Hope had given him blood that day, then when he died, he would come back as a hybrid. But instead, the Necromancer took his soul and body so now he either belongs to the Necromancer or has to stay in the prison world. The only one who can set Ralphs soul free is the Necromancer but he does not want to and wants ralph to be his eternal acolyte.
@@carter5175actually he came back to life after the necromaster was done with him,then once they figured out that the three were dying they saved rafel by sending him to the prison world so hope since she is the only one that can make hybrids should have just turned him but you obviously know nothing so

@@lilypainter666 Yes, he is in the prison world, but if Rafael leaves the prison world in his current state, he will die, so I don't see Rafael coming back to the real world anytime soon.

It says if you die in prison world you will be back in the real world alive. So imo if Raf were to die in prison world he would come back alive in the real world. Maybe I'm wrong on how he comes back, but hey there's always a loophole in legacies.
