    Everything are realizable, atomically and subatomically by clusters. Phases of existence and all compounds and non compounds. Freezing and thawing point of the compounds and non compounds/structures SMEs.........General practices, GM.respectively

    Doesn't water transition from liquid to solid takes place at 4 C?

      4°C is the temperature in which water is densest. But at 1atm of pressure water freezes at 0°C.
