Okay so i have a 2004 lincoln ls with a 5r55s transmission wells it went bad and failed wouldnt shift at all had clutches.
I bought a newer used transmission with 70k on it was told the vehicle ran when they tested and all that 700$ for it.
It got to my house i hooked it all up 100% install not missing anything.
Start the car and reverse has rough engagement
And my dash displays a letter E where i would normally have prnd5 d4 321.
Well the car moves but only about 20 miles an hour.
I get codes for shift solenoid a,b,c and d
Also a code for
Torque converter clutch solenoid electrical.
What should i do i am fairly good with cars but i dont know if i need new solenoids a re build or if it is just an electrical short please please help if you are able to
I dont wanna waste any money what approach should i take first

All the solenoids are on one single pack

Ok Brenda, first off don't worry about all solenoids being faulty, it's not a possibility. All those codes point to an electrical issue. Is it inside the trans? Unknown right now. After you get the proper wiring diagram with repair help from us, then we'll start the repair process.

Piezo injectors is polarity sensitive or I can connect your piezo injectors tester in any pin in injector ?
Good question, theoretically there's a polarity to it. But, in out extensive testing and during development of this test unit, I found no difference in polarity. Then Piezo stack will compress regardless. At lest, nothing gets damaged if polarity is inverted.
