When I first made my account I put my birth year as 2015, I was born MUCH earlier then that, and now I can not use my main account on vr, and Roblox thinks I’m young, so there is many experiences I can not join. And I tried to go to customer support but they told me that if an account is set to under 13 when it’s made, they can’t help.

this is basically absurd like all the another videos that require you to report it to roblox since they always denie those reports, there was also a option to change it by going to the roblox code but its patched now so the only way would be talking directly to a mod and giving proof which is extremely difficult since the 99% of the time they will ignore you

The issue is the bot verification (on the /support site), it always show incorrect or error, when I'm correct.

Update, I tried to change my birthdate but Roblox sent me and email saying they could not do anything about it since I already put it in, I sent them another email replying saying I could give them ID verification if needed but still they said they couldn't do anything, I'm not sure why, however it's very annoying, I don't understand why they can't change it, I sent them another email asking if that could atleast make it so that I could enable voice chat and still no reply. Ill update this once they reply (If they do)

If the birth date on the account is correct, the privacy settings will update automatically to 13+ on the user's 13th birthday.
