Facts! He’s verbally abusive. I know he probably amps it up for television, but damn lol
@@candy2325 He's like a boot camp instructor. They are extremely strict, and are doing this to strengthen the workers discipline. The ones that crack under pressure are the ones that are out. His show is to prove who has the most patience to run in a fast tight schedule, be in a cohesive team, and make the best results. Sure Ramsay is very harsh when talking, but he's doing this so as to improve the chef's actions for a better results.
He doesn't yell or even get upset with kids or teens because he knows the are still learning how to cook.
For adults, he expects them to have the skills to cook, which is why he's hard on them.
@@candy2325 he’s not verbally abusive, these people signed up to *work* for the best cook on earth. So he has extremely high expectations for them. If they’re messing up and not communicating, he’s pissed off, since they literally signed up for something that almost nobody can do, lol.
